* You ought to exchange your voucher for your valid ticket at the Julia Travel office before heading to the Bernabéu Stadium. Tickets must be collected on the date you book them for. No tickets will be provided prior that date. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM
* Lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driving license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets at Julia Travel Gray Line

* Please note that the ticket is Non-refundable.
* Ticket valid only for the selected date. The access will be possible at any time.
* This is a flexible ticket, on the chosen day, you can access to the Bernabéu Tour between 09:30hrs and 18:30hrs.
* Ticket not valid on weekends, public holidays and match days.
* Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
* Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check opening schedule before your visit.
* The price includes 2€ of management fees.
* Exceptionally and due to the works being carried out in the Stadium, Real Madrid finds it necessary to control capacity. Therefore, it may be necessary to select a date to access the facilities. Our team will inform you at the time of collecting the tickets.
