Flamenco Show Las Carboneras in Madrid

Flamenco show in Madrid with 7 artists on stage.

No bulls' heads, no fans, no Andalusian prints. Las Carboneras has decided to refresh the tablao concept... in form, but not in substance. The decoration changes, the cuisine changes, but the art does not change. This venue, inaugurated 22 years ago in the first floor of the Palacio del Conde de Miranda -a 17th century building located near Madrid's Plaza Mayor- offers in its two shows live flamenco singing, dancing and guitar playing, performed by a stable group and by the guest stars that punctually pass through the stage. Rafael Amargo, Belén Maya, Domingo Ortega, Alejandro Granados, Rocío Molina, Montse Cortés, El Falo, Nino de Los Reyes Manuel, Liñan... are already part of the artists who have impregnated this stage with their art. Las Carboneras is committed to versatility, dynamism and quality. .
Las Carboneras was born from the idea of 'recovering the singing cafés of yesteryear, combining an avant-garde image and style with the best of today's flamenco'.

The place 'is a living space, an idea in constant movement, always looking for a way to give space to art'. And it does so in all its dimensions. As an exhibition hall, it always has the work of some graphic or plastic author whose theme of inspiration is flamenco. 'Mirando los Ojos Flamencos', photos by Jorge Sánchez Fontaneda 'Anécdotas de un deseo', photos by Ari Alexis Patacuás 'Retratos, drawings by Diego Agudo Pinilla 'Flamencas', paintings and sculptures by Candy Román... are some of the exhibitions that have passed through this 'gallery'.
