The Córdoba Cathedral Mosque tour is one of the most visited monuments in Spain that preserves the style of an Islamic mosque together with that of a Catholic cathedral.

Its construction dates back to 785 and it became the second largest mosque in the world. Inside you will discover a labyrinth of columns and double arches, the maqsura, the mihrab and the impressive choir located next to the main chapel

About the tour

First, we will visit the well-known Patio de los Naranjos (learn more about the Cordovan courtyards here), where, among other things, you can see the large bell tower that houses the wonderful minaret of the Aljama Mosque built by Abd al-Rahman III.
