Payment and cancellation policy:

- Cancellations 24 hours prior to the start of the activity 0% penalty.
- Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the start of the activity 50% penalty.
- Cancellation within 6 hours prior to the start of the activity, they have a 100% penalty.
- No Show at the time of the activity, they have a 100% penalty.

Special cancellation conditions for meteorological reasons:

- Cancellations within 24 hours at the start of the activity without cancellation fees, in cases of heavy rains that prevent the start of the activity.
- In case of light rains, we offer the option to purchase ponchos or re-enlarge the activity in another available schedule
