* You ought to exchange your voucher for your valid ticket at the Julia Travel office before heading to the Bernabéu Stadium. Tickets must be collected on the date you book them for. No tickets will be provided prior that date. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM
* Lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driving license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets at Julia Travel Gray Line
Important information
* The itinerary will be temporarily reduced due to refurbishment works. You will be able to access the Museum, the 21st century model of the Santiago Bernabéu, take a photo with the Champions League trophy (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium and visit both the Madridista card area and the Official Store. Access to the changing rooms, benches, presidential box and press room is temporarily restricted.
* The turf has been removed from the pitch.
* Due to the various events taking place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, as well as the remodelling works, the Tour Bernabéu may vary its route and timetable. Visitors will be informed on the website, at the ticket offices and at the entrance.
* Ticket valid only for the selected date. The access will be possible at any time.
* Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
* Hold onto your ticket until you finish your tour, we will request it from you when you leave to control capacity.
* Access to the Museum will be limited using capacity control. Alternate routes, entry and exit planning, or the exclusion of certain rooms may be established for safety reasons.
* We do not provide a left-luggage service.
* No animals are allowed excepting from guide dogs.
* There are several stairs along the itinerary, so we do not recommend bringing luggage or pushchairs, strollers etc
