GOTLAND SURVEY S.L. ensures that the equipment is insured for accident and injury to third parties for a minimum value of Euro 336,567.00. The boat has guest insurance.
**CANCELLATION**: In case of cancellation by the client with the following notice:
Up to 15 days before the event - 100% refund
Between 14 days and 48 hours before the event - 50% refund
Cancellation 48 hours before the event - NO refund
Under any circumstances We do not accept cancellations once the service has started.
**WEATHER CANCELLATION**:
48 hours before the start of the service we have a good and reliable weather forecast.
In case of bad weather forecast, the customer has the option to cancel the service or leave for another day.
In case of cancellation for this reason and in this time period, a refund of 100% will be provided, with the exception of administrative expenses never higher than 5%. Under no circumstances we accept cancellations once the service is started. Bad weather means heavy rain, strong winds or sea conditions that endanger navigation or the guests or crew. The right of cancellation for weather matters is always on hands of the company.
Our company’s main goal is to offer a service that customers are satisfied with and have a good time onboard. If we are not going to be able to fulfil this goal we will inform and advise the customer about the cancellation. No services will be cancelled due to light rain or cloudy weather.

Llegue a Port Olimpic 10 minutos antes de la salida
Cuando llegue al puerto (Port Olimpic, Barcelona), nuestro capitán le dará la bienvenida y le explicará las normas de seguridad a bordo y le preguntará sus preferencias durante el viaje por mar. Saldrá del puerto y podrá observar el horizonte de Barcelona, los edificios más bonitos (las torres gemelas Mapfre y Arts Hotel, el edificio Mare nostrum, la torre Colón, el hotel W, etc.). En el momento que usted decida, haremos una parada para nadar, así que no olvide traer su traje de baño
y protección solar.

También se incluyen refrescos, cerveza, 1 botella de cava por grupo, aperitivos (cóctel de frutos secos, ensalada, galletas, aceitunas y patatas fritas) (2 a 3 bebidas por persona)
